Our dedicated, knowledgeable and Solution-oriented professionals help customers with a range of services designed to keep their ventilator and monitor fleet running smoothly, their staff current and knowledgeable and their business running cost-efficiently. These services include: technical and clinical support, on-site and depot repair/preventative maintenance service, and notification of expired warranties and available service agreements. We also offer products designed to complementour services, such as the new Certifier Flow Analyzer Test System.
Our goal is to help our customers spend their time taking care of patients, instead of worrying about their equipment. So, when there is a need to call us with a technical or clinical question, our staff is ready and waiting, regardless if it's three in the afternoon or three in the morning.
